Manuel Oliver, the father of Parkland victim Joaquin, was not in court when a jury decided the gunman should get a life sentence and not the death penalty.

One Parkland father who was not in court was Joaquin Oliver’s father, Manuel. He’s been one of the most outspoken on gun reform and currently on a cross-country school bus tour bringing that message to the nation. NBC 6’s Sheli Muñiz caught up with him while in Arkansas.
