A woman who accused comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of coercing her and a sibling into filming sexually explicit skits when they were children filed a request Tuesday to dismiss the claim.

In an Instagram post Monday, Tiffany Haddish said she regrets having agreed to act in a sketch six years ago that is now one of the focal points of a sexual misconduct lawsuit against her and fellow comedian Aries Spears.

The suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Haddish and Spears coerced two siblings on separate occasions to take part in the skits, including one named “Through a Pedophiles Eyes.”
