RAW DEAL: We love it when stuffing our faces helps someone in need, which is why we're all about the Miami International Wine Fair's Ceviche Throwdown, during which guests will have the chance to taste 11 different ceviches. Proceeds go to Friends of the Fisherman. Sugarcane, 3-6 P.M.

ZOMBIE COUTURE: The undead have never been known for their fashion sense, but they make for a good theme party, and so we give you Dawn of the Thread. The indie craft fair will feature handmade, vintage, repurposed, recycled and vegan goods, plus DIY caramel apples, a fortune teller, treats and more. Cinema Paradiso, 1-7 P.M.

WE'RE ON A BOAT: Calgon got it right - sometimes, you just need to get away. New Theatre's latest stage offering, Jack Goes Boating, is about just that. In this play, cooking classes, swimming lessons and a little illicit drug use are the coping mechanisms for some crappy life issues. Because sometimes a bubble bath just won't cut it. 5:30 P.M.
