TURANDOT: If you're not hitting the road for the holiday weekend and are looking for something to do on this Thanksgiving Eve, how about checking out the Italian opera Turandot? It tells the tale of a Persian ice princess who challenges an unknown prince to answer her three riddles, something no one else has ever achieved. Adrienne Arsht Center, 8 P.M.
CRANBERRY JAM: No, we're not talking about breakfast, it's the 17th Annual Cranberry Jam and as every year, there's great live music by Audio Heist, Cypress and DJ Russ. Sample food from different restaurants participating in the Taste the Village competition, sip on some cocktails and much more! The event benefits the Covenant House of Florida. Parrot Lounge, 6 P.M.-midnight.
