HEATING UP FOR HAITI: Even though your mama is probably the best cook you know, there isn't anything like dinner prepared by someone in a chef's jacket. Tonight, you can have that meal and do some good at the same time. Intercontinental Miami presents Chef With A Purpose For Haiti, an evening of culinary excellence with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting International Firefighters Assistance in Haiti. With chefs from the best restaurants in town, from the Mandarin Oriental Miami to Pacific Time, the food being featured is guaranteed to be mouth watering. There will be music all night long by Miami's own Joe Dert, a silent auction and for $50, you can eat and feel good. 6:30 P.M.

HEAVENLY HIDEAWAY: With all the madness that a Thursday night brings, sometimes you might need a little hideaway. South Beach's Shore Club premiered their new Thursday night poolside cocktail party last week and it made a big splash. With all the movers, shakers, model types and fashionistas coming out, their Oasis Party is very properly named. It's a night promising a beautiful setting with people and music to match. Did we mention drink specials till 2 A.M.? Cheers! 9 P.M.

A VOGUE IDEA: The word Vogue brings many things to mind: fashion, beauty and Carrie Bradshaw. What many ladies don't know is that American Vogue is just a small piece of the fashion puzzle. Tonight, designer Anya Ponorovskaya invites fashion lovers of South Florida to join her to celebrate the Vogue LatinoAmerica Spring Issue, which will feature a profile of the designer herself. The night is promising complimentary champagne, hot apparel and plenty of fashions that will make you, well, Vogue. 8 P.M. RSVP at intern@brpgroup.com.
