HEY, FUNNY GUY: Figuring that it is Monday, you might desperately need a laugh. We know the man to do the job. You might know him by the name of Gabriel Iglesias, the big funny guy from Comedy Central, Miami Beach Comedy Festival and so much more. Tonight he can be found at The Improv Comedy Club in Coconut Grove and it won't be a show to miss. He promises a hilarious mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring all his personal issues to life, with a clean, animated comedy style. His shows aren't just hysterical, but affordable too at just $32.10. Now that is something to smile about. 8:30 P.M.

DINNER BELL: Even though most of us try our hardest, the kitchen can be our worst enemy. Luckily, there are people that make their careers making delicious food. Lourdes Castro is a Miami-born gal and author of Simply Mexican. Chef Castro usually spends her days as an instructor at New York University, but she heads home to Miami for a culinary book camp at the Biltmore Culinary Academy this Monday through Friday. Students will have to work for their dinners and will have 37 full hours of instruction in a fully equipped professional kitchen. How does a Cuban write a book on Mexican food? Were not sure, but she makes it work.

STRESS LESS: Just in case you're feeling the pressure of the work week ahead of you, we have something that will brighten your day. De-stress, relax and get invigorated with free yoga classes held in beautiful Bayfront Park tonight. So instead of heading to happy hour, head downtown with your yoga mat, water and towel in hand and breathe in and out for the start of a great work week. 6 P.M.
