Moisturizer Magic

MD Skincare's All-In-One Tinted Moisturizer can handle the Miami heat

Even in this blistering summer heat, a girl’s gotta look her best while staying protected from UV rays.

But, in a fast-paced city like Miami where every gal is on the run, who has time to wake up and slather on moisturizer, sunscreen and then some foundation?

From the looks of all the ladies applying makeup in early morning rush hour traffic, not many.

That is unless you are using a tinted moisturizer with SPF.

In Miami, brands like Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Benefit and Kiehl’s are popular.

Yet, lots of ladies are finding MD Skincare’s All- In-One Tinted Moisturizer to be the magic tool for covering up blemishes, hydrating skin, evening out skin tone and best of all, staying put.

“It’s the tinted moisturizer we sell the most,” said Raul Marti, a manager at Brownes & Co. on Lincoln Road. “Women love it because it’s not heavy and the colors are very true.”

The 1.7-oz tube comes in six different shades, from light to deep, and has an SPF of 15.

At most Ritz Carlton’s spas in South Florida, the All-In-One Tinted Moisturizer is a top choice with hotel guests.

Trudy Miller, the spa director at the hotel’s Key Biscayne location, said the brand is ideal for Miami weather.

“Guests appreciate the simplicity of a product that can take care of all their skincare needs in one application,” said Miller.  “This moisturizer doesn’t feel heavy on the skin, which is always a bonus with Miami summer heat and humidity.”

Nordstrom, Sephora and Ulta also stock their shelves with it.
