Pretty in Pink

Jessie's boutique gets us suited up in fall season's "it" color

Fall might make us think of dark and drabby hues like brown, black and gray when it comes to wardrobe staples.

But this fall, the look is anything but boring monotones.

This season, electric summer greens, yellows, oranges and pinks are staying put and brightening up our autumn and winter in bold ways.

At Jessie boutique, which has stores in South Beach and Aventura, gals have been tickled hot pink.

Owner Jessica Uchuya,32, said her customers are coming in for everything in the stand out shade.

“The '80s is really in right now and my clients love the neon pink because it’s feminine, but edgy,” said Uchuya.

In the minimalist decorated boutique where the décor is mainly black and white, plenty of skirts, jumpers, clutches, bikinis, tanks, frocks and even jewelry pop out in the can’t-miss-me color.

Lables like Amanda Uprichard, La Rok, Naven, Rory Beca and Ramona La Rue are best sellers.

Uchuya said the hot pink color works well on anyone.

“You can pick one piece like a Naven skirt and pair it up with a black top or go for an accessory like a bag.”

Whatever you choose, we’re sure you’ll look pretty in pink.
