Man v. Food Tackles Don Shula's Challenge

How much steak is too much steak for a competitive eater?

Adam Richman has a big mouth and he puts it to good use, but the host of "Man vs. Food" may have bitten off more than he can chew when he takes the Don Shula challenge live on Wednesday.

Usually, the challenge is just finishing the 48-ounce porterhouse steak without your insides exploding or dying from a heart attack. Richman claims he can do it with a shot clock.

20 minutes or less.

"It's going to be insane," Richman told the Sun-Sentinel.

The show down will take place at Shula's Steakhouse in the Alexander Hotel on Miami Beach and begins at 9 p.m. The event is already sold out, but you can watch it on the Travel Channel.
