A car fire blocked traffic Wednesday morning on the southbound Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade County.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue teams responded to the car fire on the Palmetto Expressway/SR-826 southbound at Northwest 58th Street which was reported just after 8:30 a.m.

The left lane was blocked as crews responded to extinguish the fire. Traffic was getting by slowly but eventually the flow of traffic returned to normal.
