South Florida Forecast: Hot Sun, Isolated T-Storms Ahead

Highs Wednesday will be in the upper 80s

Hot sunshine will again prevail a good portion of the day Wednesday in South Florida, but some spotty thunderstorms could crop up late in the day.

A bit more humidity will be in the air, which combined with high temperatures in the upper 80s and a weak upper-level disturbance could trigger the isolated late-day thunderstorms.

There is also a slight risk of these on Thursday, along with lots of sun and highs in the upper 80s.

On Friday the weather system that produced the tornadoes in Dallas will be moving our way. Thankfully it will be much weaker, and no severe weather is expected. However, a better chance of rain or thunderstorms is in Friday’s forecast for South Florida.
