Sunday’s washout will likely be forgotten in the new work week, as sunshine and warm weather make a return.
This weekend’s rain event allowed for needed moisture, but now a brighter, drier trend will move in for a few days.
Widely scattered showers will end by Monday morning, as a clearing trend commences. By afternoon, expect more sunshine with afternoon highs in the lower to mid-80s.
Tuesday will be just as nice, but be ready for breezy conditions to develop. Highs will, again, reach the lower 80s.
Wednesday will be a transitional day with a shower or two possible. Once Thursday arrives, expect daily shower and storm chances to carry into next weekend.
