It's still cool this morning, but definitely not as cold as it has been! Temps are in the mid-60s, which is normal for this time of year. We’ll slowly warm up today with a mix of sun and clouds and highs near 80 degrees.

The wind remains light and comes on shore from the east. We remain rain-free through the rest of the weekend. Overnight, with the cloudier skies, and slightly higher humidity, lows fall into the upper 60s.

The chance for showers returns to the area as we head into Tuesday with a front that comes through the area. Tuesday and Wednesday there could be downpours but with minimal moisture to work with, the amount of rain looks to be around half an inch of accumulation or less. This isn’t going to break the drought but will still be beneficial to get anything. There could be a few lingering showers early on Thursday before high-pressure returns to the region and rain chances fall off by the end of the week.
