This persistent warm and rain free pattern still has a hold over South Florida. In fact, it looks like this will continue all week and into the weekend.
This means more morning temperatures near 70 degrees, with afternoon highs into the 80s. These numbers are a good 5-10 degrees above average.

We need the rain, too, as “moderate drought” has firmly taken over Broward County. Miami-Dade County is also seeing drought conditions, but the numbers farther north are more significant.
We don’t see significant rain in the future, but a cold front is on the horizon as temperatures Monday may finally dial back--maybe even with highs struggling to get out of the 70s.
