South Florida will see another chance of showers and storms Friday with heavy downpours possible at times.
A few showers were lingering offshore Friday morning, and weakening upon making it to the coast. A couple of spotty, light showers will make it inland, but not many.
Friday shouldn’t be as wet as Thursday, but we could still see a quite a few showers and storms. Highs will be in the upper 80s.
We will keep a 40 percent chance of rain in the forecast for the weekend. A front is expected next week, which will leave at least a slight chance of showers in place through mid-week of next week.
