Expect mostly sunny skies Friday morning in South Florida before clouds build up and yield a few isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Though we do have the chance for a few storms today, it looks like drier conditions will settle in and carry into Saturday.
Look for highs around 89 before thunderstorm chances begin after 2 p.m.
Lows Friday night will drop to 77 under mostly clear skies and dry conditions.
Saturday brings bright sunshine, mainly dry conditions and highs around 90.
The weekend ahead will be split with mainly dry conditions on Saturday and afternoon thunderstorms returning for Sunday. A cold front will approach South Florida by Tuesday but little relief from the summer heat is expected.
