Cold Front Coming to South Florida

Temps in lower 80s Monday, but into low 60s by Tuesday morning

A cold front located near the Florida panhandle early Monday morning will make a move through the state from west to east.

Although south Florida will start with partly sunny skies, an increase in cloud cover is forecasted. Temperatures will start in the low to mid 70s and climb into the lower 80s.

Just a few showers will impact the area today, rain will not be widespread. A better chance for showers will develop overnight as the weakening front passes. Still, rain will remain scattered.

Tuesday will bring increasing sunshine to the region.  Jackets will be needed first thing as early morning temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s. Afternoon highs Tuesday will reach the upper 70s.
