With another soaking on Sunday, that now marks measurable rainfall reported at Miami International Airport for the last 11 consecutive days. The current count is ten consecutive days of rain at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
That won’t change Monday as more showers and storms are anticipated across the local area, especially mid-day and through the afternoon.
Monday’s highs will reach the mid-80s with lows in the middle to upper 70s.
By Tuesday, through Wednesday, storms will likely move back to the afternoon and evening hours and leave the mornings dry and sunny.
Thankfully, a drier pattern is expected to move in on Thursday and will carry into the weekend.
There are no areas of concern in the tropics.
