A mostly sunny start in South Florida Thursday will yield a little more afternoon cloud cover with highs around 86.
There will be a slight chance for a pop-up storm this afternoon with the approach of weak cold front, otherwise expect a steamy day.
Friday should be a pretty nice day overall, with highs in the lower 80s under partly cloudy skies.
By the weekend, a new area of high pressure will build in and provide a breezy, if not windy, forecast. This will mean rough boating conditions and a high risk for rip currents at the beach.
Saturday will bring in more clouds and maybe a sprinkle, while Sunday should be a little brighter.
