South Florida Temps Rising

Temps to reach upper 60s Thursday

A quick warm up was expected Thursday in South Florida as temperatures started in the lower 50s.

By noon, thermometers will rise to the mid and upper 60s.  Highs will come close to 70 degrees, but not reach the mark everywhere.

It will be another comfortable afternoon for outdoor activity, with ample sun and a few thin clouds. Winds from 5 to 15 mph should not become an inconvenience. The surf is 69 degrees.

Friday should be even warmer with temps starting in the mid 50s and reaching the mid 70s.
