Sunday Forecast: Afternoon Thunderstorms

We should have a mostly to partly sunny morning while scattered to numerous thunderstorms continue this afternoon. Highs will be around 90 but could remain in the upper 80s depending on the cloud cover. Bertha remains a tropical storm moving toward the northwest.

Monday will be much of the same, with abundant moisture remaining draped over South Florida. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s.

For the rest of the week, a stormy pattern continues until at least Tuesday and Wednesday. Conditions will begin to improve as drier air moves in for the end of the week. Highs will be in the lower 90s. Right now the National Hurricane Center forecast track for Bertha leaves no threat to South Florida.
