An Urban Flood Advisory has been issued for east central Miami-Dade, including Key Biscayne, Kendall, and downtown Miami.
Slow moving showers will produce several inches of rain by 10:30 a.m. Locally, heavy showers should be expected through late morning in surrounding areas.
Heavy rain will stall over Miami Beach and Key Biscayne. It's reported that there's 2 to 3 inches of rain already on the ground and an additional 1 to 2 more could lead to street flooding
