Saturday started off with pleasant conditions with temperatures in the mid-70s and only a few spotty showers moving in along the coast.
The remainder of the day will be mainly dry, with showers appearing mostly in the morning hours. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s with a 20 percent chance of rain.
Risk of rip currents will be low in area beaches and the UV index will be in the extreme.
Showers will stick around for the first half of the week with a 30 to 40 percent chance of showers Sunday through Tuesday. Conditions will dry out again Wednesday as a cool front moves in over the area. Plan on highs in the mid- to upper 80s with low humidity and pleasant weather by the end of the week.
