Windy Wednesday With Gusts Around 30 MPH

Wind continues in South Florida with 40 percent chance of rain

Wind will be the big weather feature again Wednesday in South Florida as sustained winds up to 25 mph with gusts occasionally over 30 mph are expected.

Winds will become stronger after sunrise and early temperatures in the lower 70s and upper 60s will rise to about 80 degrees this afternoon.  Morning temps are actually above average and evening readings will be seasonable.

As the easterly winds remain strong through Thursday, dangerous beach and boating conditions persist.  Rain chances will go from 40 percent Wednesday to 30 percent Thursday.
Although these days will not bring constant rain, South Florida residents should be prepared for a few showers during the days and nights.
