Creator and host of The Vegan Roadie, Dustin Harder has a new cookbook, The Simply Vegan. He stopped by 6 in the Mix to make Johanna a pinto burger to celebrate National Burger Month. He is in Miami for two book signing events. One Thursday, May 3rd at Green Bar and Kitchen in Ft. Lauderdale and the other on Saturday, May 5th at Chef Chloe and The Vegan Café at the St. Roch’s Market.
