Officials have not said what caused several passengers to become sick on the Delta flight bound for Atlanta.
Three people were hospitalized after complaining of sickness on a plane at Miami International Airport Thursday morning.
The incident happened on a Delta Airlines flight that was set to leave for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said they responded to the airport and took the three patients to a local hospital.
No other information was immediately known.
