32-Year-Old Man Arrested After Having Sex With 14-Year-Old Girl at Hollywood Motel: Police

Broward Circuit Judge John Hurley ordered Samuel Semper, 32, held on $50,000 bond Tuesday after police said they arrested him for having sex with an underage girl in a Hollywood motel. The judge and a prosecutor spoke in court. A public defender represented Semper at the hearing.
