68-Year-Old Hialeah Man Impersonated a Police Officer: Authorities

Hialeah Police said they arrested Salvador Espinosa after he posed as one of their own. No one answered the door at Espinosa’s Hialeah home Sunday afternoon. Shopper Juan Sanchez gave his theory for Espinosa’s motive.
