“We've Brought Out Everything for This,” Fire Captain Says of Garage Collapse Rescue Effort

One of the victims of the Miami Dade College garage collapse is in critical condition, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Capt. Louie Fernandez said. “We’ve brought out everything for this,” he said of the one remaining trapped victim. “This is vital for us to reach that last victim as quickly as possible, to take him out (of) there.” Tons of debris must be removed around him, Fernandez added.
