Aunt Talks About Saving Baby With CPR on Side of Dolphin Expressway

Pamela Rauseo was stuck in traffic on the Dolphin Expressway Thursday when her 5-month-old nephew, Sebastian de la Cruz, stopped breathing. Rauseo jumped out of her car and screamed for help, and she breathed into the baby’s mouth while Sweetwater Police Officer Amauris Bastidas performed chest compressions. Another motorist, Lucila Godoy, also helped rescue the baby. NBC 6’s Laura Rodriguez has the story.
