Authorities Search for Sunglass-Wearing Motel Robbers

Two men wearing dark sunglasses robbed the Executive Economy Lodge on South Federal Highway in Pompano Beach on Oct. 15, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said. The front office clerk who was robbed, who only gave her first name of Joan, said she asked the men if they wanted a smoking or non-smoking room — but things went south after that.
