Broward County Pet Store Sues Another Over Name

The owner of Teacups, Puppies and Boutique decided to file a lawsuit against James Anderson, the owner of Teacup Puppies Store, claiming trademark infringement and unfair competition. Teacups, Puppies and Boutique sales associate Roxanne Martucci, Anderson’s attorney Roberto Stanziale and Gladys Sznajderman, a long-term client of Teacups, Puppies and Boutique, spoke about the issue.
