BSO Viper Team Strikes First To Head Off Crime

The Broward Sheriff’s Office’s Viper Team does proactive policing, striking first to head off crime. Its members gather information on the whereabouts and movements of people they believe are committing – or about to commit – serious violent crimes. NBC 6’s Willard Shepard reports.
