Bus Driver Charged With Sexual Battery on 4-Year-Old Boy

A school bus driver from Homestead was arrested on sexual battery charges after police say he raped a 4-year-old boy on the way to school. Noel de Jesus Cisne, 58, appeared in Miami-Dade court Wednesday where he was ordered held without bond. According to a police report, Cisne was driving the young boy to school Monday when he pulled the bus over, pulled the boy’s pants down and sexually assaulted him.
