Chef Driver in Crash That Killed Pedestrian: Police

Police said chef Jonathan Eismann was behind the wheel of a Ford Explorer that hit a vehicle Wednesday morning, fled the scene, and then lost control and struck and killed 29-year-old pedestrian Juan Carlos Ruiz.
