Diving Boat Captain Finds Marijuana Packages Off Hillsboro Inlet

The captain of the Black Pearl spotted packages of marijuana about a mile east of the Hillsboro Inlet during a snorkeling and dive trip Wednesday morning. Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jim Fahy discussed the find.
