E-Cigarettes Picking Up Steam for Marijuana Users

Electronic cigarettes, or e-cigarettes, are supposed to be the newest way to quit smoking – but now some people are using them hide a secret. They are using them to smoke marijuana, out in the open, with no one noticing. Reporter Pei-Sze Chang spoke with a longtime marijuana user who now smokes up using his e-cigarette. High Times magazine senior editor Bobby Black and Dr. Marianne Chai also discussed the issue.
