Elderly Woman Dies After Car Slams Into Margate Building: Officials

An elderly woman was killed and another man injured after their car slammed into a pet grooming store in Margate, officials said. According to Margate Fire officials, the elderly man was driving the car when he crashed into The Grooming Post located on 6534 West Atlantic Boulevard. He was taken to the hospital. Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz spoke to NBC 6 about a new ordinance.
