Emergency Shelter Staff Member Arrested for Sex With Minor: Cops

Brian Fields, 31, was arrested after being accused of sexual activity with an underage victim, authorities said Thursday. Mark Dhooge, the CEO of the Kids in Distress shelter, said his organization is looking at all of its security procedures.
