Eyeglasses Theft Suspect Turns Herself in: Cops

Jennifer Moreno turned herself in Tuesday to face a grand theft charge after she was spotted on surveillance video stealing expensive eyeglasses, police said. Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McHugh and Michael Silverman, the owner of Eagle Eyecare, spoke about the case.
