Family of Slain 6-Year-Old Pleads for Hit-and-Run Driver to Turn Self In

The relatives of D’Andre Binns pleaded Thursday for the driver who killed him in a hit and run crash to turn himself in. Grandmother Shirley Adam and half brother JJ Binns spoke about the loss of the 6-year-old boy.
