Family Pleads For Answers 1 Year After Deadly Crash

It’s been nearly a year since Carlos Garcia Chacon and Nidia Vega traveled from Colombia to visit friends and family in Florida. But their vacation was cut short on Sunday, Sep. 30, 2018, at around 5:16 a.m., when Chacon was struck and killed in the 300 block of Northwest 109th Avenue.
