Florida Pet Shelter Showcases Dogs with Harry Potter-Inspired ‘Pawgwarts' program

To encourage people to adopt based on personality instead of perceived breed, the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando created the Pawgwarts initiative. According to Executive Director Stephen Bardy, the shelter removed all of their kennel card labels in 2017 and they placed all dogs into four distinct “doghouses.”
