Surveillance Shows Broward Judge Grabbing Employee by Neck

Surveillance video released by the Florida Supreme Court shows Broward Judge Vegina “Gina” Hawkins grabbing a courthouse employee by the neck. Hawkins was suspended without pay over the incident.
