Fort Lauderdale Man Arrested Again on Child Pornography Charges by Same Detective: Authorities

Judge Joseph Murphy III ordered Frank Hottenrott, 59, held on no bond Thursday after he was again arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. The judge, a prosecutor and Hottenrott’s attorney discussed his bond status in court.
