Friend Says She Saw Hialeah Woman Just Before She Was Shot

Claribel Dominguez said she believes she was one of the last people to see her friend Samina Pisciotti alive before she was fatally shot Friday. Dominguez said she saw her at a nearby Kmart. The son-in-law of shooting victims Samina and Italo Pisciotti said they were well-respected property managers of the apartments at 1485 West 46th St.
