Garage Collapse Response Turns to Recovery Operation

After they pulled Samuel Perez from the rubble, firefighters declared they were moving from a rescue to a recovery operation. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokesman Lt. Arnold Piedrahita Jr. and Miami-Dade Police spokeswoman Det. Rosanna Cordero-Stutz spoke about the continuing response to the garage collapse at Miami Dade College’s west campus.
