High-Speed Chase Ends in Broward

The chase ended when the car left I-95 near Broward Boulevard, swerved into a guardrail and violently struck another car. The teen suspect was identified by his mother and grandmother as George Westbrook, 17. His grandmother Katherine Metcalf said she is “very much disappointed,” and his mother Tracy Westbrook said she hadn’t yet been able to see her son.
