Homeless Men Help Deputy With Violent Suspect

Three homeless men came to the aid of a deputy who was trying to arrest a man who had become violent with him, authorities said Thursday. Deputy Kevin Meyer was dispatched to a Pompano Beach McDonald’s on Saturday morning. When he arrived, he was told that Patrick Davis, 29, tried to steal someone’s backpack.
