Jay Leno Says Doing Shows in South Florida “Like My Cousin Toby's Wedding, a Lot of Italians!”

Jay Leno is back for his sixth show at the Seminole Paradise’s Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. Leno keeps himself busy between hosting “The Tonight Show,” his weekly show in Vegas and hitting the road for over 150 gigs a year. He told NBC 6’s Roxanne Vargas Thursday that he likes doing shows in South Florida because he was born in New York and has a lot of New Yorkers come out to support him. “It’s like my cousin Toby’s wedding, a lot of Italians! It’s a good mix!” But don’t expect to see Leno sipping a colada on South Beach or having brunch on Las Olas — Leno is on stage at the Hard Rock Live, and then moving on to the next stops on his comedy tour.
